Ben and I headed south and spent Memorial weekend in St. George. My sister, Paige and her family invited us along. We had a great time! The weather was pleasant and I was grateful that it was not blazing hot. We left Friday afternoon and just got home yesterday. Friday just so happened to be Paige's birthday so we went to Famous Dave's for dinner and got some yummy BBQ. Happy birthday Paige!

Saturday morning, me, Paige and my niece, Hillary went and got a pedicure...delicious! Pedicures are such a delight! They are one of my favorite things in the world...so fun!

I LOVE the St. George Temple...so white against all the red rock. At the Visitors Center, they have some sculptures on tour for about a month. They were amazing!!! The spirit in the room was awesome! You can check out the sculptures at www.iamthelightoftheworld.org. We visited the temple grounds during the day and then came back in the evening There were quite a few people just hanging out on the grass and on the temple stairs...I loved it!
And last but certainly not least, Ben and I went to In N Out...twice!!! So horrible on the hips but so very delicious!! I love In N Out...mostly 'cause it reminds me of being in Southern Cali. 
Can you say DELICIOUS?!
We had a great time this weekend and hopefully you did too!!

I am so jealous you went to St. George! I hope the weather was ok for you. I still want to go to In n out!
Sad to say, I've never had a pedicure. I know, I'm not a real woman. Maybe one day.

Glad you had a fun weekend. St. George is great, especially the fact that they now have In N Out. Jake and I ate their twice as well while on vaca, so don't feel bad. It's hard to resist :)
What a fun weekend! Good thing you don't live here...In N Out all over the place! I think when I first moved here I at there everyday faithfully for atleast a month. I actually haven't been forever...but seeing that picture is making me want some:)

That looks like a fun weekend. I too think pedicures are the most wonderful treats for our feet. I'm so glad my sister takes care of me in that dept.

Hey Ash, there's an In n out here, 10 mins from my house....you wanna come don't ya? =) I've never had a pedicure, don't ya feel weird having someone touch your feet? Your temple pics look awesome, Deseret Book should hire you.
