I LOVE IT! I put in Jake's info, cuz Lyd's is just too little to understand. And what do you know, it was a hit. So cute. I am definately sending this on to all my friends. What a cute idea! Oh, I scheduled an appt for Jake and I on the 22nd (with your doc) to check a couple moles...fun, fun, fun!
