We have been spending a lot of time out in the yard, hence, my blog has been neglected. Yard work isn't too exciting so I didn't think that you would want to hear about it, but as for now, that's all I have to blog about.
My lilies are about to burst with color. I will post a picture of that when it happens. You really need to see it.

My "hand me down" garden. The beautiful Bleeding Hearts, Hostas, Ferns and Creeping Jenny are all from my mom's garden. It's like a little heirloom garden and it makes me happy every day I step out my back door and see it. 
Yard work is never really done. It's a continual process of trial and error. But it's something we enjoy doing together.

We also enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day with our CUTE moms and sweet Grandma Betty. I love the women in my life!

Your yard looks great. I love all the flowering shrubs you have, I like those too, then you don't have to plant them every year.... Don't you love the hostas, they are my favorite and the daylily's

Well, it's about time you updated your blog...I check it often and sadly, nothing.
I love your little garden. So cute. Jake and I were looking at houses a few weeks ago (just for fun) and I think we looked at a house right around the corner from yours. Is your garage unattached from your house and the fronts are all colored differently right? Cute neighborhood. But don't worry, we aren't moving anytime soon so we won't be invading your space. Maybe in a couple years :)
