Ben and I have had a very relaxing LONG weekend. We have been hanging out in Park City with Ben's folks and his sister Anne. We had such a great time together. It's amazing how when you are in PC you feel like you are a world away when really you are just an hour from home. 
The first night there Ben and I rode the ski lift. I have never taken a ride on the ski lift in the Summer! So we hitched a ride just as the sun was setting. Beautiful wild Blanket Flower sprinkled one slope of the mountain.
The weather was so nice and there was a cool breeze in the air. It felt great to escape the hot temps of the city.
On Friday we went to The Olympic Park and watched the freestyle skiers practice. I could have watched them all day. They were so amazing. We toured the Olympic museum and relived the whole Olympic experience. Ben and I loved it when SLC hosted the winter Olympics. Those were some pretty cool times.
Ben and I came across a delicious little bakery right off of Main Street. I am such a sucker for quaint little bakeries. All of us got something different and shared. It was delicious!
We came home Friday night since Ben had to take a test Saturday morning. But we sure had a great time while it lasted. Thanks for a very relaxing, beautiful, absolutely wonderful weekend everybody!!

Good thing I was at girls camp so I didn't have to focus on the fact that I wasn't there with you guys. I love going to PC and I haven't been forever! I'm glad you guys had fun. Did you ride the Alpine Slide?
I love pc for the shopping. I have never been to the olympic park.
Oh, I miss that place. What a great place to escape to. Those flowers look beautiful.
We went up to Park City over the weekend too. But you had already left by the time we got there. Wish we could have seen you. I love Park City too. It is a great escape!

BTW, I'm coming in tomorrow (without Lydia) for an eye appt. So I'll be dropping by to see you guys!
